8/4 Last 2 weeks

Next thursday is are last day in bridge. I don't know about you but i'm happy. We have been through a lot together, we have lost people and we became smaller. I still feel that we really don't know each other that well. What are you going to do to get to know each other more?

    I am going to start to hang out with people more around the neighborhood. Maybe go catch bit to eat or something. Or maybe go watch a movie. I don't know, something that will let me get to know that person or people a little more. Does anyone here feel like they can hang out with some of the other people here?

    I was thinking about the last day as well and I'm kind or sad. We've all become so close and everyone has their own voice and spot to fit in here. I've gotten to see my classmates shine in their own light with their talents which makes me connect more to them. I can look at everyone in the class and find something in them I can connect to and hoenstly I never had that before in a classroom. I think we should all keep in touch so when the school year starts we can still maintain friendships we already made. Does anyone feel like they would like to keep in touch with someone in our class?

    Well for starters I will go to the admistrative office and pull up everybodies information. Once a back ground check is done then i will go to each person, and ask them personal questions. With these two methods of getting know people, then I feel we will be well aqainted.

    I do, yesterday when Jay and Jacki came to visit our dorms we had fun, I wouldn't mind hanging out with anybody in this class. Modtly everybody in the dorms seem cool and I hang with them all the time. I wouldn't mind kicking it to get to know people here in this class

    I agree with the Queen, we should all keep in touch for the fall. The people I've met in this class are the coolest I've met so far at bridge. How do you guys feel about some of the people you've met so far???

    I can answer this question very easily. The people I met at Bridge that I like, I will continue to talk to and probably hang out with during the school year. Thats how I'll get to know them better.

    LA: your weird!!!!
    I feel so accomplished. I feel that everybody has strived to get to the end and now its coming so fast. I really appreciate the teachers i have in bridge. I believe i will stay close to most people in my class and if i dont, i will always see them around campus. I mean we kick it almost on a daily basis and i cant wait to move in! Everyone who i am close to now, will be here once school starts!

    The people that I've met so far are the best people I've probably ever met. Knowing the same kids for my whole life made it really good to get to know a bunch of new people. I agree with Delany. If I like them I will keep in touch with them through out the school year.

    LAST DAY LETS HANG OUT! Simple and plain said as that. I feel like i know all of you to some extinct and i feel like we have a bond that no one else will have when they come to columbia. Lets all hang out the whole BRIDGE everyone. That will be the largest group of family ever. Not to mention a sight to see when a huge amount of all different race,dress,sexuality,types of kids.

    We could add each other on myspace, hang out whenever there is time, exchange numbers etc. Little things can go a long way. So we can do a lot of things to get to know each other more.

    ty.. I like everyone in this class. They all seem pretty down to earth and cool to hang out with.

    I so agree we should all hang out on the last day because a lot of us made new friends and it will give the whole class a chance to just kick back no rules. Everyone can finally be social outside the classroom rules. Just wild as hell!

    i agree with jackie. I love walking down the street and see the looks that everyone gives us. We have white, black, gay, straight kids with different styles. It's not the typical normal group of friends. We all share one thing in common, BRIDGE.

    talk to more people and just chill more around campus. And the people I like I will keep in touch with throughtout the school year we may even end up in the same classroom.

    I agree with Letty something so simple can cause a lot of things to happen. And everyone in this class seems to be really comfortable and down to earth.

    Yes we should all go to the beach! But I'm with Letty, I don't use Myspace much but we should exchange numbers if your comfortable with that if not then we can all add eachother on Facebook to keep in touch through the years we spend here.
